Redacting review. After response from devs I noticed I was incorrect.
インターバルや挙上重量の設定が自動的に行われて便利。 しかし設定できるトレーニングメニューが少なくクイックリフトが無い。 自分で作れるけれどとても面倒。
Easy to start regular resistance training and also flexible to configure as you progress. 450+ workouts.

It’s great for beginners and those returning after a long break. I suspect it is also a great program for pushing past strength plateaus. Easy to use and easy concepts to follow. It tracks everything. My only criticism is that it does not have any isolation exercises. I add bb curls after deadlift days and tricep press downs on row days.

I've do resistance training for about 20years but my record of BenchPress, Squat and DeadLift has stopped for the long time. Then I try new things and started to use this app. It's very simple and there're many articles which help you. I think it helps you a lot. 重量が停滞してる人が試すには、とても良いと思います。たしかボディビルダーの横川さんも、レップ数は5-8回程度で行っているはずです。たまに日本語で変なところはありますが、それも指摘をすると積極的に直して頂けます。とても優しいアプリ主様と思います。

アプリを起動後「さあ始めよう」をタップするとアプリが落ちます。何度やっても同じ。使用できません。
