Fantastically simple strength improving weekly
I was sceptical about the app. I had been recording my workouts, weights, sets, reps etc in a notebook. It was a bit tedious but I thought that is the old school’ way it’s always been done. I gave the app a go for a trial week. The free info/guides are very detailed and well written and a great source of info. I thought the app was very handy but I wasn’t 100% on the worth at the end of the week. I then saw a sale on the app for the year, so for half the price of a cup of coffee a week I decided to take a chance. Within a couple of weeks I knew I had made the right choice and have been 100% happy ever since! All the auto tracking, auto warmup calculations, graphs, set workouts or make your own, easy to enter data, easy to amend workouts etc, it all makes it absolutely essential in my opinion.

I've used this app for years, first with the power pack and then bought the lifetime. There's simply nothing better for strength training and their support is amazingly responsive.
The power of this workout and app is the simplicity. You will add strength. Start low if you are new to the lifts. Consistency is key. You’ll be surprised how quickly you get to “heavy” lifts. Highly recommend.
I’ve been an on an off subscriber to StrongLifts for a couple of years now. I’ve just completed my 100th workout, and it was good to look back on the progress I’ve made from day 1 to now. I try to combine weight training with cycling , and I find the app great for keeping track of my lifting progress. When I spend more time cycling in the summer, or take a couple of weeks of lifting weights, the app does all the work for me by recalculating where I should be at. I just need to turn up at the gym, lift it, log it and leave. Job done!
Downloaded this app and absolutely love it. Ive tailored this app to suit my own 6 day schedule with all the sets reps etc. highly recommend and keeps you motivated.
