This is by far the best strength programme I’ve followed. The app is easy to use, the supporting material is to class. Highly recommended.
I say genuine because Mehdi is clearly focused on helping people lift first. The app is fully functional in the free version and can take you super far. It has kept me honest better than any workout has and I just enjoy the program too. By the grace of god I will get better at ohp though that exercise hates me
Using this app I have been able to systematically increase my strength while focusing on the core compound movements. Highly recommend that you buy the full version to take advantage of the warmup instructions and plate calculator, it is much better value than any personal trainer or other paid online program!

Very good app
Always my go to app to progress back to full strength. Patience is key to getting stronger using this app but you will definitely see strength and the muscle mass to match. I totally recommend it

Best app for strength training I’ve ever used. It’s easy, clean, supportive, self directing and trains function and form over ego. A fantastic apps for beginners to moderately experienced gym users. Free platform is great. Paid is even better from what I hear.
