Do not recommend to order from uber eats because probably if you do your food will be delayed and the support is not answering!
First time user, one star is too much. As the title suggests, we ordered stuff that were not at all delivered. We suspect the driver kept the order to themselves as it was a big one, instead, he delivered us something that was in his bag for 2 hours prior to us even registering on this app and ordering (if the receipt on the bag is any indication). We ordered 5 burgers, 2 fries, 1 bevarage, and we received a burger and fries. Laughable. Upon delivery, we asked the driver if that is all to our order, he said Yes and rushed away (literally drove away). After we cross-checked the order, we contacted both the driver and uber eats. Driver did not help us when we contacted him, Uber just sent us the same template twice. Actually rubbish. Do NOT use, even if there are no alternatives. It would be better to stay hungry than experience whatever this is.
I tried ordering three separate times from different profiles with a coupon. It turns out the coupons were totally fake! Don’t ever order from them!
I ordered food and used a code left at my post. Only after paying was I informed that it was not included, even though I checked prior to the ordering. I called the company, the customer support was awful.
Delivery drivers are able to ignore your order for hours. At some point the restaurant cancels your order but the hours spend waiting and keeping your guests hungry is not considered in the refund. I dont know if it is because the drivers are underpaid regardless the numerous taxs, but this is unacceptable. Wish there was a Wolt app in the Netherlands..
How come you don’t accept Klarna as a payment method, but when I enter 3 different debit cards they all get rejected as well. I’m ordering food, not drugs
This application is horrible. I even didn’t succeed with ordering something from it, and i got charged. Then i deleted the account. I received an confirmation email, that the account is deleted. And after one month i got charged again. Even that i blocked this merchant from Revolute. Unacceptable!!! Then i wrote to support to return back my money and close my account. Almost one month passed, i still don’t have a reply!!!
