AI but in the wrong direction - also getting a refund is impossible
I was expecting more, but turned out to be an AI bot that I can use free apps for.
I tried also to get a refund (for a whole year subscription), but that was impossible - 50$ in trash
Definitely not worth the money
This used to be an amazing app a couple of years ago when it had the “thinking trap” exercises and a bunch of other tools. Unfortunately it now just feels like any AI bot and the answers are extremely generic and doesn’t make any sense at times. You could just use chatgpt and get similar responses for free tbh. Not worth paying for anymore

I do like this app cause it has helped me with my issues at times but it has recently become more restricted which is kinda bothersome

Looked forward to using this app but got stuck in a sign up loop and never managed to sign up or log in.

Sadly, the access to different features is getting more and more restricted with time and it’s hard for me not to think that the only thing they are after is to make money.
Miss the old Youper
Now it’s just like: yeah uh I’m gonna cost exactly as much as a normal therapist but it’s less effecticient. Like the reason I came here was to get help for free but now I can’t even do that and I understand that it craves recourses but why can’t it just be like it was before. Like why does it cost money to doa self assasement to see if I should seek actual treatment for something?

My new comment with theee stars: after the update things are laggy and strange.
Sometimes when the AI ask my mood it won’t let me choose and just puts fairly on everything.
The AI repeats it self a lot.
The calendar where I can see my mood progress was better before.
The meditations are a bit rushed. The self esteem one is a good example where I barley have any time to think of a positive personal quality about myself before it continues.
My old comment with five starts: This app blew my mind. It almost feels like I’m talking to a real person. The app helps me to log my mood, gives me insight in to what factors are linked to my mood and helps me untangle the situation and thoughts surrounding it.
I find this app to be very helpful for me, especially because I have anxiety and sometimes need a little help to gather and untangle my thoughts.
Highly recommend it!!
