Great app, it has many features to treat different problems, very interactive and attractive.
Makes you feel calm. Taking time to think things over and taking some time to take care of yourself. It’s a “point” to stop, think and learn some clues that help a lot!
This is actually very helpful. I’ve been using it for days and it has some really useful techniques to boost your mood.

I started using the app two days ago and tho I still don't feel much less anxious yet I started understanding a lot of stuff about myself and the app keeps me concentrated in pushing myself forward. I'm really excited to se what I can achieve thanks to it!
