They offer you a superior room, and when you click book they down grade during the loading page, and you’ll receive a confirmation for a standard room, and when you call them they will ask for proof, and the only way you can provide proof is to do screen recording, or they’ll make wait from 24h to 48h

I am extremely disappointed with Agoda’s platform and customer service. First of all, there was an error in the reservation process, and Agoda made no effort to resolve it. Secondly, their team outright lied about contacting the hotel to fix the issue, when in reality, they did absolutely nothing. I personally resolved the problem with a simple two-minute phone call to the hotel, something Agoda should have done from the start. Additionally, their refusal to modify my reservation or issue a refund, even though I reached out immediately after receiving the incorrect confirmation, is completely unacceptable. A room for one person does not meet my needs, and their unwillingness to assist in such a basic situation shows a shocking lack of care for their customers. Agoda’s support team is ineffective and unhelpful. Their behavior is unprofessional and has left me completely dissatisfied. As a travel influencer, I will ensure that my audience knows about this experience and avoids using Agoda in the future. Unacceptable service and a platform I will never trust again.

ไม่ชอบที่คิดราคารวมแคชแบ็คเข้ามาเพิ่มในราคาจ่ายจริง คือถ้าจะไม่ลดก็ไม่ต้องลดราคาก็ได้ เพราะยังไงก็เลือกโรงแรมตามความสะดวก สวยงามใกล้สถานที่ ไม่ใช่ราคาเท่าไหร่ แต่พอมาจ่ายเงินดันคิดเพิ่มราคาแคชแบ็คมาอีก แล้วคือตั้งแต่ใช้จองโรงแรมมาตลอด 4 ปี ไม่เคยได้แคชแบ็คคืนเลยสักครั้งจริงๆ เพราะงั้นไม่ต้องเหมือนมาบังคับให้จ่ายเพิ่มฟรีๆ
แย่ที่สุดใช้งานมานานกว่า 7 พอสักทีทดการยกเลิกโรงแรมก็โยนให้อโกด้า อโกด้าก็โยนให้โรงแรมคุยไปคุยมาสรุปการยกเลิกต้องผ่านคนกลางคือ booking.com สรุปบริษัท อโกด้าหรือbooking กันแน่แย่มากๆ
