Price changed after payment with just notifying it has been increased, this is a very bad customer experience especially as I am first time using Agoda for a while!

Great app
I really do prefer Agoda to some other apps or portals. I never had problems, booking is fast and easy, information available, even special deals look like special deals. Since i had troubles with Booking.com (when “picture looks better”), I switched to Agoda totally when it comes to Asia. Now use it all over the world. Search could be improved indeed, but overall it is all fine.

Works well but unfortunately not filters to select half board, all inclusive, beachfront. Why nickname? And all are used, so you cannot send your review??
Inpolite
This site will spam you endlessly when you do a search for any city and any date. Also uses techniques like countdown timers and says that deal is only right now, also pushes you to try some coupons and 3rd party stuff. I don’t really understand why people say it’s best for asia, I get same prices in booking.com without spam.

ไม่ชอบที่คิดราคารวมแคชแบ็คเข้ามาเพิ่มในราคาจ่ายจริง คือถ้าจะไม่ลดก็ไม่ต้องลดราคาก็ได้ เพราะยังไงก็เลือกโรงแรมตามความสะดวก สวยงามใกล้สถานที่ ไม่ใช่ราคาเท่าไหร่ แต่พอมาจ่ายเงินดันคิดเพิ่มราคาแคชแบ็คมาอีก แล้วคือตั้งแต่ใช้จองโรงแรมมาตลอด 4 ปี ไม่เคยได้แคชแบ็คคืนเลยสักครั้งจริงๆ เพราะงั้นไม่ต้องเหมือนมาบังคับให้จ่ายเพิ่มฟรีๆ
ในการยกเลิกการจอง
แย่ที่สุดใช้งานมานานกว่า 7 พอสักทีทดการยกเลิกโรงแรมก็โยนให้อโกด้า อโกด้าก็โยนให้โรงแรมคุยไปคุยมาสรุปการยกเลิกต้องผ่านคนกลางคือ booking.com สรุปบริษัท อโกด้าหรือbooking กันแน่แย่มากๆ
