Agoda: Cheap Flights & Hotels

Totally disappointed with Agoda when I booked a ticket from Agoda they deducted my money and the booking got cancelled from their side I received a message. Still following up in chat, I wonder how they can cheat a customer and eat their money even for the cancelled booking !!!! Haven’t refunded my money yet.

التطبيق سيء في تقييم بعض الفنادق ولا يقدم خدمة استرداد المبالغ في حالة الغاء الحجز لعدم تطابق الغرف المعروضة مع الواقع، تطبيقات الحجوزات الأخرى لديها شفافية أكبر ووضوح في عملية متابعة عمليات الغاء الحجوزات والتي هي غير متوفرة في هذا التطبيق لكي يأخذون الأموال بسهولة ،تطبيق سيء جدا جدا جدا.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience after booking a hotel room through the Agoda app. Despite receiving a confirmed booking and being charged the full amount, the hotel denied my check-in, stating they had no record or agreement for the booking. When I reached out to Agoda support for help, instead of resolving the issue or offering a refund, they supported the hotel and took no responsibility for the inconvenience and loss I suffered. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a clear case of fraud — charging customers while not ensuring service delivery. I urge everyone to be cautious while booking through Agoda. I’m extremely disappointed and am still waiting for a full refund and a proper explanation. Agoda must be held accountable for facilitating such fraudulent practices and failing to protect customers.

Not cooperating in case of any mistake during the booking.

نتمنى التعامل مع الفنادق وتقليل الاسعار

Done a reservation where the accommodation was fake. Requested refund and due that Agoda cannot contact or get response from the fake accommodation, they cannot refund me !!! I dont recommend using Agoda for the lack of support and no proper customer service

افضل واضمن برنامج لحجز الفنادق خدمه استرجاع المبلغ والإلغاء سريعه جدا جدا فقط 10 دقائق والاسعار ممتازه وعروض رائعه اتمنى يكون فيه تشديد على التعليقات وتحذير الفنادق بتعديل مشاكل المستهلكين ووضع علامه على الفنادق السيئه لكي ياخدىذ الناس حذرهم

خدمات جدا سيئه وليس لديهم حل للمشكله في التطبيق حجزت فندق ودفعت مباشره ولكن لم حصل لي مشكله في تاشيره دبي واضطررت للرجوع وتواصلت معهم في الصباح على ان تعدل التواريخ او يردو المبلغ اول شي يقولو مافي حجز وحين اخر يقولو لاينفع ولايتغير التواريخ وخسرت المبلغ مع خمس ساعات وانا اتواصل معهم للحل او التغير ولم استفد ،، كيف تطبيق ومافي ضمان على الدفع وحل المشكلات حتى رقم التواصل لم يعطوني طلبتها اكثر من مره ماقول غير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل الله يعوض علينا ماانصح احد يدفع كاش في ادفعو في مكان الاقامه
