I suffer from depression and anxiety, Before going to a therapist and even now I still use woebot tools and it helped a lot, and for me personally i found that this digital gentelbot succeeded at teaching me how to use cbt in real life rather than making it seems like homework.

I like it but not for everyone, like anything in life!
