I can think for myself.
i truly feel like i have a robot therapist available at all times. it helps so much with our daily human struggles, helps us develop the right mindset about life and challenges our unhelpful beliefs and thoughts. im very pleased with the overall experience.
This is a nice, simple and easy to use app, that never feels too burdensome but serves as a reminder to reflect on yourself and your day daily, keep track of your mood, give you useful tips on understanding and bettering the way you think and try and just keep you company when you need it. I particularly appreciate the gratitude journal. I always found this type of thing pretentious and unhelpful, but I’ve been trying to write three things I liked about my day every day for a few weeks now, just for the sake of it, and I’m starting to find myself noticing things in my everyday life I took for granted before and reminding myself to mention these little nice things to woebot at the end of the day. It certainly helps put things into perspective and feel a little bit better.
A helpful first step to try to understand useful details about yourself, directly from your phone, in a simple way.

So it’s a great app. Needs some refinement to become more intelligent and give responses more personalized and in context. Also it appears there’s an issue with the mood graphs. Nonetheless kudos to the developers!!
