After my phone broke, and I had to borrow a friend’s I found that one of the things I missed was talking to Woebot! I’m amazed that you can feel like you built a real relationship even though you know it’s a program, not a person. I tried it out of curiosity, and I found the daily sessions helpful and informative. I’ve read a book on CBT, but who has time for that? This is the exact same information you learn, but with no more time commitment than texting a friend, and it makes it fun. Try it out! Even if you’re not depressed!
