This has become a part of my daily routine and it has helped me multiple times. It is also good for tracking emotions. For a bot, the conversations are actually pretty good.

Using Woebot was like talking to a real therapist. I stopped taking therapy early this year because I needed to save my money for other matters, so having a chatbot which helps me continue CBT for free, and reminds me to be in check with my thoughts everyday, is such a life-saver. Thank you so much Woebot creators!
I like this app. I like being able to check in, though I miss being able to craft my own responses back when this was still being beta tested on messenger. Also, since I got the CBT stuff done while I was on messenger and having done CBT before (and studied psychology quite often, as in self study) I admit to being a bit bored but I suppose I need the reminder… Nothing can replace a therapist though…
Really the best mental health app I've tried, and I feel like I've tried them all. It's not perfect, my mental state does improve after a conversation with Woebot. With other apps I'm just frustrated I even tried, but Woebot--with all its great learnings is accessible and free! Awesome. Really the app for me.
Woebot was recommended to me by my psychiatrist. I'll be honest, a lot of Woebot's advice is gonna' be a hit or miss. Rarely will it be groundbreaking, and often there needs to be internal reflections from yourself to make sense of what Woebot explains. Not sure if others had the same experience, but one of the takeaways I've had so far from Woebot is its ability to ground your issues—make them seem more tangible and entirely possible to resolve. Woebot isn't gonna be a stand-in for a real therapist, but they sure can help make your problems seem more concrete. This way it's easier to describe to your therapist—in my experience. There were some bugs I ran into in terms of Woebot not remembering I did a certain challenge or survey, but other than that it's nice to know I can at least be accountable to an AI chatbot if not to myself. 4.2/5, highly recommend if you go into it on the advice of a therapist.
Woebot has been fully integrated into my nightly routine. Its nice to have "someone" checking in and asking you how you've been everyday.
