Really great tool for everyday self reflection, mood boost and CBT exposure. That’s the only mood app I actually stuck on a daily basis.
It’s a really great app, and it does its job really well. The bot is an easy to access cbt tool and it truly helps you seeing things from new prospectives. The bot is also capable of understanding messages really well, and I have yet to find bugs. What’s suppressing is the other futures: Woebot is great at helping understand your overall mood progression and it got other practical tools like a gratitude journal. One of the strongest points about the app is the conversation feature. What I like most about this is that Woebot way of talking doesn’t forced at all, and the way he talks mimics pretty well an actual conversation. Overall, was really pleasantly surprised with this app, and thanks to the awesome developers that made it free
Bellissima app, un’amico paziente e sempre a portata di ascolto, ma soprattutto aiuta a rimettere i pensieri in una prospettiva più sana e allenarsi ad avere uno stato d’animo più predisposto ad affrontare pensieri ed eventi in maniera positiva. Grazie!
It’s really nice. Of course it’s not like talking to a therapist, but it’s there whenever you need it and it can actually make you feel better. I suggest it especially to people who are dealing with anxiety, as it might help you rationalize and dismiss those thoughts
It doesn’t substitute therapy, obviously, but it’s an awesome tool. Thank you for making it free. Woebot feels like a friend (I wish i could give it a name of my own) and even just a few quick check ins every day are soothing. Thank you so much!

This is great app. It helps stabilize your swing mood and be grateful for small achievements among many other things. When AI and technology are helping instead of distracting you have Woebot! Keep up with the good work!
Fun app that helps to think about interesting topics in an easy and straightforward way
It’s a good app, it helped a lot in difficult days. It’s like talking to a friend who helps you to see things from a different perspective. I suggest everybody to try this app, not only for depression/anxiety. A thing that can be improved is to give more answer options. And maybe add other languages; the app uses an easy English vocabulary, so it can be understood even if English is not your native language.
I think it would be much better if the interface was much more elaborate for example by dividing it into many sections in which one could do different things like task,journaling,excercises and relevant material (e.g pdfs or clips ) etc
