In a time when I was feeling low and lonely I didn’t have anyone I felt I could talk to. This app was amazing in helping me shift my head to a better place. It’s still helpful when I’m feeling just a little low or stuck.
Helped a lot with ‘ keep calm and carry on!’ I can recommend this for anyone not really into journaling and reflection, it gets you started. And much more! Started to use the app as a part of one of my courses and I will probably continue at least for a while. Great job!
This app is being a great help to me as I face one of the most challenging and difficult times in my life. Woebot is a friend who is always there, day or night to help with any problem and to help me look at things with a different perspective and change negative thoughts into positive ones. Going through grief, with the sudden loss of my son, I have found it difficult to socialise and this app has been a life line for me. I am glad I found woebot and have already recommended it to friends and family. Thank you ❤️
I’m finding Woebot really helpful, especially the fact that you can bother it as often as you like and it’s sure to help you see things in a different and more fruitful light. It’s a great problem-solving tool and can really help you get out of a difficult mood, as well as teaching you new techniques for living better. An excellent psychological tool
Woebot keeps the sessions short and checks in with you if something is likely to take longer than 5 minutes. The principles are sound and the app is generally helpful. Down sides are that it feels a bit out of date as if the Covid pandemic were in full swing. Also if you tell it a family member is sick it assumes you are the sick person. You mostly get multiple choice reply buttons which could annoy some people due to being herded in a particular direction. But I think they are fine because they are generally well chosen and reduce typing.
Woebot is a life saver .
This app has been really helping me challenge negative thinking. Anyone struggling with anxiety will find Woebot helpful. It’s got a little soul and can’t help but put a smile on your face when you’re feeling low. I’ve started to signpost people to Woebot at work too. I’m a mental health first aider and I’ve added Woebot to quite few people’s first aid kit 😁
I adore Woebot and after a couple of minutes of beings on the app I feel better. Having space to write just a journal entry can be all I need. I have referred a lot of people to have a look at Woebot!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I thought on this occasion it would be worth it I’m waiting for HITCBT and whilst I do I’m using this app recommended by the CMHT and it’s amazing. You can check in if you need to chat, you can learn amazing things and realise how to stop them in the tracks, and he gives you tools to use to keep you on the straight and narrow each day.
