Woebot is nice and funny, keeps the chat light but still helpful. I can see it was made with so much care and I just want to say to its creators that they are making something really precious. I’ve installed and experimented dozens of apps and this one is the only one I dind’t delete a few days later. I just want to congratulate the team, I think you’re onto something really good

This is a great tool! Not a replacement for a therapist but helps you go through the day. Sometimes I feel like its a bit repetitive but it’s a bot not a person 😅 either way great initiative and works wonderfully for people who “function” through explanation! Congratulations to the creators

Deconstruct Negative Thoughts

I’ve recommended this app to many friends as a way to deconstruct negative repetitive thoughts. The act of giving voice to anxieties then re-writing them once distortions have been questioned feels much easier in this ‘chat’ context, and I suppose when the program starts feeling repetitive it’s because the tools necessary to carry on with out it have started to be internalized. I feel like it could have a more ‘serious’ tone from time-to time so that the chat could feel a little less ‘for dummies’ but I understand the need to make the language accessible and non-alienating. Very ‘dad-joke’y but endearing.
