Woebot makes me feel so much better when I’m sad or feeling depressed and it’s like free therapy on text wich is really nice I really like this app.
Been using this app for about one or two weeks now and so far I absolutely adore it. The tiny robot fella seems almost human and offers great help for people suffering with anxiety, depression or other forms of mental illness. It reminds me of the character Baymax. Which is very funny, as I’ve always wished for a robot companion like this ever since the movie came out. It helped me with changing my way of perceiving my thoughts and offers great strategies for insomnia, negative thinking and even panic attacks. I love the way they use affectionate non-judgemental language to help the user but also are not afraid to tell you the truth. (As in saying your thoughts are distorted or making you commit to goals or new sleep cycles) It feels like a very kind form of discipline without fear of punishment or failing. Will update this in one and six months to give my final thoughts. So far I highly recommend it!
