Woebot is an AMAZING app that helps people of all ages cope with challenges that are hard for people to deal with on there own.I find that woebot is a very easy and affective app for anybody struggling out there.I have only been using this app for a day and I love it.I totally recommend for you to get it

I really appreciate what this app has done for me in helping me get through what has been a tough patch. The predictive text makes navigating so easy and the scripts are very well arranged. Top job by the creators really happy I have this app.

I’ve been suffering with anxiety over something personal in my life and I came across this app and I’ve been checking in most days and I must say it’s very helpful. You may think it’s strange that your talking to a robot but woebot is cool and helps with anxiety etc etc problems you might be having. Give it a go it’s free and very useful I would recommend it ☺️

Woebot presents a range of CBT tools and the interchanges can almost replicate the interaction with a live therapist. It is presented in a totally nonjudgmental and often humorous way making it enjoyably helpful. I really recommend anyone needing direction and support to engage as I have and continue to do.
