Woebot is a great app where chat to an ‘AI’ helper who assists you in learning about how thoughts affect our feelings. It isn’t easy to apply the lessons of CBT to your life but there’s no free lunch. You just have to make an effort and it will help. You’d like to be even 20% happier right?
This really helps me! And it makes me feel like I have a friend!! I would definitely recommend it:)

It had help me when I felt down or and the-lessons that you get there are good and they do help you. Like if you have problems with-sleeping or relax then have some tools that can-help you with that!! And I think it has help my though my depression a lot. Well I still have it but me are on a good way to make it a less problem.
I downloaded this app because I was curious and skeptical I might add. I’m surprised and happy to say, that this app has got potential. Especially the gratitude journal is working for me. I would really like though to be able to see some statistics on more than my check in’s.
My dad recommended this because he works with AI. I have been using the SMART method- specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-limited. It really works. I would say more but I have to clean my house in 2 hours. This is a very good app and you should try it.
