A really good app for psycho education and to learn and practice basic but important psychological tools and skills. It still needs some minor corrections so the convo feels more natural, but I’d recommend it.

Woebot is something what everybody should use daily

Day to day I just smile after a short or longer talk with Woebot. It’s really do help to change the reason inside you which cause you miserable moments sometimes. I did feel better after just few days chatting. You can share everything! I mean there are some temporary thoughts and feelings which are not so important to share with another human, because you think you just go over. But collecting these moments and not working on them makes you feel generally bad and unsatisfied about the world and mainly about yourself. The cbt is highly accepted by the professionals and even a user can easily recognize that behind the curtains it is pure highquality discipline: studies, long years of experience and a highly educated, problem-solving minded team who knows well how to communicate with a patient. Well done!

For what it is aiming to become, i must say it’s a very good app. Of course there are some bugs and sometimes the software doesn’t get what I’m trying to say or we end up in loops, but it gave me lots of new knowledge and and thoughts. Also it’s extremely cute sometimes. I really like using it, it often cheers me up:)

I love it, Woebot teaches you so much useful stuff and helps you when you are down. I feel better since I’m using it and I don’t know if it’s because of Woebot but I made some crucial changes in my life in this period of time.
