How is this supposed to be helpful?
Don’t waste your time putting into this app. Disgusted with how often I have to repeat myself. “How would you feel best supported right now?” I don’t know, why do you keep asking me to direct you in how to help me? How is that helpful? I might as well just talk to myself. Usually the app would just shut down on me and tell me to take a break or a breather and that’s super unhelpful. Constantly having to repeat and restate my challenges to a bot that superficially cuts me off all the time isn’t bringing clarity or hopefulness to this situation. An absolute turnoff to CBT. I also detest the way it tries to force you into a positive statement at the end of these super short cut off sessions that leave you completely dissatisfied. Really invalidating. Then they don’t post your review when it’s negative, because they’re narcissists who can’t take criticism.
