Horrible experience avec Kiwi.com !! Le vol était certes pas cher mais les correspondances archi nulles !! J’avais un transfert à Stockholm à l’aller comme au retour. A l’aller, on me dit que la petite valise de cabine n’est pas comprise dans le prix, va encore… je paye 50€ de supplément. Ensuite on m’annonce que ça part en soute et que du coup pendant mon transfert je dois aller récupérer mon bagages, et repasser le check-in ! Autant dire que j’ai presque raté mon vol … Au retour encore pire, je découvre que mon deuxième avion part d’un autre aéroport!! A environ une heure de là…

Avoid Kiwi. Most likely a problem with Kiwi because help option cannot be accessed using the webpage, they send links that never work and in the app the link takes you to the app without opening help. They are not sending my boarding passes and no way to contact them

Not only is the app very user friendly, the prices are also great!

Suite à des circonstances impérieuses, nous avons été contraints d’annuler un vol réservé via KIWI. Les échanges avec la plateforme ont été aisés, mon interlocuteur s’est montré très humain et empathique face à la triste situation vécue. Grâce à leur compréhension, nous avons pu obtenir un voucher de la valeur de notre réservation, ce qui nous a évité de perdre la somme investie. Cela est un beau geste de leur part. Je recommande dès lors cette plateforme !

Haven’t entirely tried the app but while I was using the browser , they’ve give you this promotional coupon for you to use it but you can only use it in app version. Funniest thing is prices are way expensive on app than the browser version so I don’t see the point of me using the coupon at all… So I am generally disappointed the way they approached people to move from browser to app… in not exactly nice way. Going back to browser (the price was big different).
