SCAM ⁉️SCAM ‼️SCAM ‼️do not download this app. complete scam. twice I booked a two-way ticket from them and both times they just cancelled my ticket. even the airlines categorically do not recommend this app. after they just cancelled my ticket like that they made me wait 5 hours at the airport without any response and they do not refund money if it was a mistake on their part! absolute scam, they will take your money and you will wonder how to save yourself at any airport! complete disappointment, waste of a lot of money, time and nerves.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I made a reservation through Kiwi for the first and last time. I waited until the last moment for the email with the boarding passes, but it never arrived. When I went to the airport, I had to pay for a check-in, then the girl from the call center spoke with a heavy Indian accent, and I couldn't understand anything.

The support is so bad. My flight was canceled, and the told me to buy new 1600$ ticket. I asked for rebook, they told me there is no option. After 24 hours I go rebooking from the air company. Kiwi are not reliable and I do not trust their support.

There’s a bug . I can’t see my flights, it says that I must log in , but I am already in my profile.

Precios falsos: Se dedican a poner precios altamente manipulados para atraer clientes . A partir de ahí adoptan 2 estrategias. 1: Clicas en la oferta y aparece el precio real o 2: Te permiten pagar el precio falso para luego mandarte un email con el precio cambiado al doble o el triple de la oferta inicial . Además de este modo establecen por defecto la devolución del dinero en tu cuenta de kiwi con lo que si no prestas atención al solicitar el reembolso se quedan con tu dinero también.

The application has a major flow. When you have to travel multiple cities it loads the boarding pass only for the first leg. Then for the rest it’s the same so you cannot use it My Wallet which is really frustrating.

Just did my trip with kiwi and it was amazing - 6 flights that they checked for each of the 3 passengers, never had an issue with the app 😎plus searching flights is a pleasure !!! Thank you kiwi
