When trying to open “conversation” page The loading circle is turning for long long time. Many time ends up with reloading of the application and losing the time you waited. When opening “inbox” page the whole application is stuck. I’m using IPhone 11.
my flight was delay and i missed my connection, they have the worst customer service ever, i don’t recommend to anyone to use their site Also their customer services representatives don’t really care about the company reputation and customer feedback
In case you get a notification that one of the flights is cancelled don’t press the refund button - it will cancel the whole booking and you’ll lose money for both flights.
My flight got cancelled due to an security issue, they only gave me half of the original price I paid for it. And refuse to send me the email the airline company sent them due to “confidential” issues I am warmly recommend you don’t!!! Order from them
If your trip gos as planed so it’s fine. Once the flight gets delayed or cancelled, you will have no one to speak to and you hopefully get part of your money back with vouchers that can be used on kiwi only. And they have algorithms which know that you have vouchers and make every thing double the price and allow you to use only one voucher at per booking and many more frustrating things. Bottom line if you want good service at all cases stay away!
Even though they cancelled my flight They won’t bring me my money!!!
They canceled flights and didn’t return back all of the money.
the day before departure I received a notification that the flight would take place. the next day I arrived at the airport and found out that such a flight did not exist. I had to urgently buy an expensive new ticket. I argued with support for two days, they deceived me, and in the end they did not reimburse the full loss
