Hola buenas noches resulta que compre tres vuelvo y en uno de ellos me dicen q haga el check in en el aeropuerto y resultó ser que tuve que pagar 61.80 euros extras por hacerlo en la aerolínea, cuando me dijo la aplicación q vaya a la aerolínea, quien se responsabiliza por el dinero ? La aerolínea Ryanair

La uso mucho durante mis viajes, algunas veces tuve la mala suerte de que no se efectúe la reserva y que cambie la tarifa :(

No compren nada por Kiwi. Si no compras con seguro te cancelan los vuelos porque si! Tuve que volver a comprar todos los vuelos otra vez. No te dan explicaciones. ES UNA VERDADERA ESTAFA!!!

Cancelaron mi vuelo. Escribí millones de mensajes para que me devuelvan el dinero y jamás lo hicieron. No hay ningún contacto salvo un chat con una máquina que nunca contesta las preguntas q tengo para hacerle. Un desastre!!! Espero q devuelvan mi dinero!!!

ATENCION! Esta empresa “vende” pasajes que no existen, luego te cancelan la reserva y no te devuelven el dinero, sino que se lo quedan y te dan créditos en su página. Una empresa que se dedica a ESTAFAR A LA GENTE!!!! Ni se les ocurra comprar algo por esta plataforma!!! Sigo esperando que me devuelvan mis 1000 dólares!!

Úsenla como buscador de vuelos y conexiones, no compren directamente porque no tiene servicio al cliente ante un inconveniente. Al comprar háganlo directamente en la aerolínea. Kiwi, Kayak, Despegar y otras app no resuelven problemas.

Tried to purchase a flight from the web. Then they sent me a discount coupon of $30 if I completed the purchase in their app (this one). I installed it and found the same route even a small bit cheaper. Then I used the code to apply the discount. Guess what? The card payment didn't went through, using apple pay (which has more than enough funds). Then using the card directly. Then using another card from other bank. Then from other person. None went through. Then I tried again from start and the coupon stopped working... With a message "the coupon has been redeemed too many times" WTF IT DIDN'T WORK NOT EVEN ONCE! And all in a time span of 10 minutes! Then, guess what? Finished my original purchase I've started in my browser and.. Went through on the first time. Of course, for the most expensive rate and NO coupon could be even applied. A complete scam and waste of time... Only to get your user data to steal more money the next times as well. 0 stars
