Terrible experience with Kiwi.com- Will never use again
I booked flights to and from South Korea through Kiwi.com, with one flight on AirAsia and another on Jeju Air. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the wrong dates for my flights, so I cancelled them and requested a refund within one hour of booking. Despite AirAsia's policy allowing refunds for flights to and from South Korea, Kiwi.con declined my refund request, just stating, "AirAsia refused to provide a refund for your flight, and this is based in AirAsia's policy, not Kiwi.com's" Additionally, when I double-checked with Jeju Air, I found that my flight with them had not been cancelled, even after seven days had passed since my cancellation request. But Kiwi.com had explained to me via their website and email that they had already requested the cancellation and refund from Jeju Air, and that the airline was still evaluating my request. In short, Kiwi.com's refund process was neither appropriate nor prompt. I am extremely disappointed with lack if support and clarity. Based on this experience, I will never use Kiwi.com again!
