I hope this comment helps someone and saves them from the worst experience they can have, I bought a round-trip ticket and everything was fine until I received a notification that they took away the luggage that I had already paid for, they did not take responsibility, of course, and then they added more stopovers to my flights and one of them was for 26 HOURS, I had to pay for more luggage in a reboarding and on the way back I still bought one more ticket because they never stopped modifying the flights, my flight arrived at 2PM and the reboarding flight left at 11AM, in what world am I supposed I can take that flight? They do not take responsibility and they only steal your money, the worst service that can exist. My recommendation. DO NOT USE IT

What ever you do, do not book with Kiwi - avoid them at all costs. I booked a flight and was charged $150.00 US for a carry on bag. I was told Kiwi sold me a ticket that didn’t allow carryon. Absolutely the worst. Before the flight it said “baggage information unavailable online at this time” - worst scam - look at all the scathing reviews before you think of getting ripped off by them.

When our airline cancelled our whole flight and delayed by over 13 hours, kiwi immediately rebooked us for free of charge, with united airlines to make sure we would arrive to our destination in time for our cruise. The airline arajet did nothing to help and was useless compared to how kiwi ensured we made it on time!

Twice they have changed my flight times at the last second. Instead of Friday night it was Thursday morning. It happened before but wasnt an issue but now its a major issue.

This is the worst company by far to book if you’re looking for complicated flight plans. You’re better off independently booking the flights from the itinerary or building a teleportation device. Kiwi will not help you if you have any delays or disruptions on your trip. Buyer beware, you are completely shackled by the type of ticket you purchase. Spoiler alert! Neither option gives you customer protection anyways. Prepare to kiss your moneys goodbye. I missed my flight after getting stuck in a customs line moving as fast as a snail cemented to a sidewalk. The only itinerary I could get was a short self-transfer on my last flight. I stupidly thought it wouldn’t be an issue but closer to the date I realized the airport would be much busier in December. I reached out to Kiwi when I found out the same airline was offering a later flight at the same cost, hoping I could reschedule the tight self transfer. That request was denied. As per the customer service rep, the airlines calculate the self transfer times. I’m assuming based on concepts of a self-transfer. This shouldn’t even be practice if the transfer time is less than 3 hours in a major international airport. It essentially guarantees the airlines are going to make money off you twice. Kiwi is never gonna refund you and they won’t reschedule even if you contact them 48 hours in advance. After sprinting through the airport in my closest attempt to emulate Usain Bolt, I was very late and the airline denied my check-in onto the last flight. I messaged Kiwi to see if they’d book me on the later flight after this ordeal and they said no. Their customer service chat is speedy because all they’re doing is denying any customer requests for assistance. Kiwi will blame the airline and the airline will blame Kiwi thus nothing is resolved. I ended up booking the later flight at my cost through the airline. Kiwi messaged me after I’d already boarded my new flight saying they would reschedule me at my expense. The plane was literally about to lift off. Impeccable timing by Kiwi. I completed their refund form as instructed by the rep. I received a very generic response a couple hrs later denying my refund 🥲. Book with Kiwi if you want to loose money or if you like to edge yourself close to a stress induced stroke everytime you travel :)

I had a death in the family and I can’t go on the trip anymore. I canceled my flight 13 days in advance because of it. I bought the protection plan and spent $1150 for it in return I get $14 are you serious. I get a response back that’s all you get as a refund.

I booked a flight with Kiwi.com, and it’s been an absolute nightmare. Either they made a mistake with my booking, or it was intentional, but now they’re demanding €80 just to fix the title on the reservation. I haven’t even taken the flight yet, and I’m already regretting using their service. This kind of issue shouldn’t even happen, and charging such a ridiculous amount to correct it feels like a scam. Their customer service has been helpful but with a fee. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a travel planner, and I will never use Kiwi.com again. If you value your time and money, stay far away from them.

I booked a flight on kiwi's website and was told by email that I needed to download software to use it. Junk software, waste of time.

Kiwi.com has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I requested to cancel the reservation after two hours after booking, and their customer service assured me that they would contact the airlines within hours. They repeatedly lied, claiming they contacted the airlines to process my refund, but the airlines confirmed no such request was ever made. Their customer service agents keep giving conflicting and nonsensical excuses. One representative told me the refund depends on the airlines, yet the airlines said they have no control over reservations made by third parties like Kiwi. Now Kiwi is demanding I provide proof of cancellation from the airlines so they can process my refund. How does that even make sense when Kiwi was supposed to handle the cancellation in the first place? After days and weeks of back and forth and being lied to multiple times, I received only a tiny fraction of my refund. This company thrives on confusion, false promises, and passing responsibility. Save yourself the frustration—avoid Kiwi and book directly with airlines or a reputable service. They are nothing short of scammers.

Never book here please, they made a mistake on my ticket and it was an already expired ticket!! Then I had to pay double the price at the airport because my flight was about to leave
