Totally useless app! You can always go to the operator’s website or app, or simply Google the destinations, they charge you extra for nothing ! It’s for stupid people !

I was a huge fan of Kiwi as it does provide amazing customer experience WHEN YOU ALREADY HAVE A TICKET (in my case bought via Skyscanner). But I’m now SEARCHING for a ticket from Luxembourg to Belo Horizonte and then from Porto Seguro back to Luxembourg and always disappointed… 1. the search results always gives options of at least 1d+a few hours (while at Skyscanner I find from 14 - 20hours) 2. prices are at least 250 euros more expensive. I hope Kiwi can extend their list of airlines and improve pricing, because it is a great app with great features, but that doesn’t matter if Kiwi doesn’t retain customers with good selling options.

I booked a flight for tomorrow for my daughter, it is now 5 pm and my booking is still processing! And not possible to contact client service, all lines are busy. Neither I can cancel the booking! Very very nerveous , booking 172253400. Never use the service again ***** 19:56 3/10/2021 My child has to fly tomorrow 4/10/2021 at 13:45 and no confirmation. I was trying to book myself in aircompany, don’t care about lost money already… but it is not possible any more. I am writing here because it is not possible to reach kiwi I HATE THIS COMPANY KIWI FOR SPOILING OUR DAY, HOLIDAYS AND STEALING MONEY!!!

I paid a service to get assistance in the refund process due to the Covid-19 pandemic. not only I didn t get any refund (1000 USD of unused tickets) but I also didn get any assistance from the operator that completely abandoned me. My wife, that book the flight Orlando - Washington with a different agency, got the refund months ago. Never again with Kiwi.com

Vols annulés à cause de la pandémie : Kiwi.com propose d’autres vols contre un énorme supplément de prix (plus de 200 euros). Le problème, c’est que les compagnies aériennes avaient déjà annulé ces autres vols !!
