It is a good medium to book a flight. But you should really carefully read the various modes especially saver mode before booking. I had a problem with my booking and cancelation but when the app Support from apple store contacted me it got resolved thank god.

I recently had one of the worst travel experiences due to Kiwi.com’s poor communication and lack of support. My booking (561 117 920) included a flight from Barcelona to Hong Kong with a connection through Paris. Kiwi.com never informed us that our first flight from Barcelona to Paris had been canceled, which resulted in us missing the connecting flight to Hong Kong as well. The only reason we found out about the cancellation was by chance, as Kiwi.com had sent us a notification (dated 14 November) saying they had checked us in for the flight, instructing us to pick up our boarding passes at the airport. This misleading notification was confusing and led us to believe the flight was still on schedule, adding unnecessary stress when we learned it was canceled. In the end, Air France rebooked us on a flight the following day, but this unplanned delay forced us to incur significant expenses, including hotel stays in both Barcelona and Hong Kong, and additional transportation costs. Despite all this, Kiwi.com refused to cover any of these expenses or even take responsibility for their failure to communicate properly. Kiwi.com’s lack of accountability and disregard for customers’ well-being is shocking. If you’re considering using Kiwi.com, think twice. Their support is unreliable, and you could end up stranded and paying out of pocket like we did. Don’t risk your trip by booking with them.
