Disgusting. I will never ever use kiwi again for booking flights.

Avoid this app and company, they have worst customer service ever… after one year I’m still not able to get refund for cancelled flight - 4 tickets, after flight cancellation I requested full refund in app and there is no change in status and it’s almost year… they aren’t even working on that, there is just “request sent” and that’s all… after half year a called to call centre (it’s almost impossible to find some phone contact, you need reservation number but only for future flight, not flight before, like this they avoid contact with not happy customers ) and they promised me that they will solve it ASAP, but another half year and nothing… so I send them many messages and today they told me that I have to ask for refund directly in airline… One year I was waiting just for message that I have to contact airlines directly… but during the reservation they use different email than yours so you are not able to ask for refund!!! Be careful and rather use the airline site to buy flight tickets.

Maybe we all have been using kiwi because it gives us all the fights carriers info at one place. But please do double check and compare the price you are paying at kiwi and the carrier official price.

Booked flight, check in not supported, family was separated. Terrible customer support.

Never make a business with them

I bought a ticket to Holland, I already paid for that, for my seat and everything. And now I have problem to log back in the app. It’s always showing “error”. What am supposed to do?

I was trying to book a flight ticket using kiwi. But accidently booked the flight ticket. But no otp received me. And automatically money debited from my account. This is not fare. Because I didn’t get an otp. And I cancelled the ticket. I didn’t get refund. I want the refund money. And I can’t talk with the customer care.
