Do not install this application because when you cancel a flight they may not return the money. They cheated me out of 850€.

Kiwi offered flights with "self transfer" that was not so visible for users, and it's not usually offered by others, it's not intuitive and not expected. On top of that we had "disruptive protection" included that serves as "Kiwi Guarantee" and we received only 20% of the missed flight value refund.

Dear, this is the most cheating travel app I ever use. Please, avoid it.

It is literally the worst app I have ever use. I tried booking few times every time a had a problem, I paid premium service and there is no answer.

If u are buying ti kets via kiwi be aware that there is high possibility that they can cancel your flight and not give you your money back at all. And they is very high chance that they wont even try to protect tour rights . When i called them they told me to call carrier without providing my with any information at all, and when I called carrier they told me that thats not their responsibility and that i should check back with third party which in our case was our beloved kiwi. And listen now, they demanded me to share a proof that I was speaking to wizzair. This is so funny. So think twice before you buy card via kiwi next time. They will treat you like an animal!

I got 4h delay notification from Wizzair which affected by connection. Kiwi.com Garantee means nothing. As I was explained, they cannot claim anything due to fact I was still not at the airport?!? I had to change my ticked via advised “Alternatives” by Kiwi app and change was €1.000, but had no option but to take this to make my trip. Kiwi support completely rejected my request, claiming on their policies -> Kiwi Garantee is just marketing scam from my point.

Everything points to things that cost money and you can’t even get your boarding passes to apple wallet

Im having problems about my future trip that I booked already and for a refund for a flight before. Im trying to get in contact for last 10 day about it. Zero respond. Phone service is declining my calls and through app support I only got auto reply message that doesnt have to do anything about message I've sent. I have an important flight in less than a month and I need help! Please!

I found a flight I wanted and purchased 3 tickets for me and my friends. Price was some 15$ per ticket. As soon as I purchased the tickets I received a bank invoice saying I was charged about 80$. After countless conversations with always a different kiwi.com agent they figured it out. They told me that 2 of my tickets were processed for a 15$ price but during the booking of the 3rd ticket the prices went up and the 3rd ticket was charged at a price of 50$. They said there is nothing they can do, they do not guarantee the prices they state and they were extremely rude and unapologetic.
