Terrible. I bought a ticket from Kiwi. It’s 2 stop and flight delayed twice time. I miss my flight. I have to buy a new ticket and I have rent the hotel. The agent never take action or anything for me. I lost my time and much money .It’s not my bad. I try to refund and agent didn’t take action for me. Bye Kiwi BAD!!!!
Booked 2 flights 4 months from now and they suddenly changed one of the flights making a 5 hour trip over 24 hours. They are now saying that I have to stay at the airport for 18 hours to reach my connecting flight, while refusing a refund and offered no help. Avoid at all costs, never again! I wish 0 stars was possible.

Recognizing the direct impact this would have on my plans, I reached out to Kiwi.com for support, hoping for a resolution that respected my circumstances. Kiwi.com’s response was both surprising and disappointing. They explained that they had no control over airline decisions, a fact I fully understand and accept. The issue arose, however, when I requested the cancellation of my flight due to the drastic change. Kiwi.com informed me that I was ineligible for cancellation, describing the alteration as a “minor time change,” despite the considerable inconvenience caused. Additionally, they mentioned that an alternative flight had already been allocated by Baktik Air, an option that did not align with my personal schedule. It’s worth noting that at the time of booking, I specifically chose my flight for its timing, fully aware of other options, underscoring the importance of the original schedule to my plans. My attempts to resolve the issue were met with a steadfast refusal from Kiwi.com to advocate on my behalf or to facilitate any direct communication with the airline. This stance was particularly frustrating as the airline policy prevents me from addressing the change directly, given my booking was made through an agent. This experience has been eye-opening. It highlights a troubling lack of support for travelers when faced with changes beyond their control. The refusal to accommodate or even acknowledge the significant impact such changes have on individual plans is disappointing. It seems there’s a gap between Kiwi.com’s advertised customer service and the reality of their policies in action, suggesting a tilt in favor of airline interests over those of their customers. I paid for a ticket online for domestic flight and never got the ticket except confirmation of the booking I made. please do not use this company in app it’s a scam. You will never see your money back.

Update: Following writing the review below, they got in touch and solved my problem. Thumbs up to the review team, however, it’s very disappointing to realize that unless you raise your voice and alert others of their scam, they won’t acknowledge you and your problems. Considering this my experience with them is highly negative and won’t recommend anyone using their service. Original Review: One day my flight disappeared from the manage my booking section of the airline, and got an email from Kiwi pretending that the airline had cancelled my flight whilst I could still see it in their own websites a d many other apps. Following up with them with hundreds and hundreds of messages, and every time some random person offering meaningless apologies but giving me zero action back. I kept asking them to put me on a different flight, I even searched through their own website and sent them screenshots of the available results but they repeated the same nonsense that the flight that I was asking for “doesn't exist”. Meanwhile, because I had searched through their websites, their marketing team kept sending me emails asking me to proceed with my search and finish the bookings, “shocking”! This company is the absolute meaning of disgust, fraud, scams and whatever you want to call them. Stay away from it. For them it's as easy as putting their hand in your pocket and picking up the cash, leaving you stranded in the middle of nowhere and walking away from you.
Uncontactable. Completely hopeless. Steer very clear of Kiwi.
The support is basically non existent. They are promoting a new ai chat bot which is just blatantly lazy and a big step backwards. I want to talk to a human god damnit! I know you guys have the money to hire real people to your company, so do it. I was traveling from Brisbane to Sydney to then catch a flight to Beijing. The flight from Brisbane was delayed 2 hours and I missed my flight in Sydney. Now I’m stuck at the airport having to book a new flight and I damn hope I get a refund. I would be more apologetic if they actually had customer support. 🥝👎
