I booked three flights and it told me my first was cancelled, I had guarantee so it provided me with few alternatives, none of them worked. I was told to book a flight by myself which I did , thinking I’d get a refund at least . I didn’t . I took the same flight which Kiwi said was not available. Costed me a whole flight and kiwi guarantee later didn’t pay a penny. And all of this was exhausting and annoying , I had to stay in contact with their agents for hours. It’s better to book your flight by yourself if everything kiwi says is a lie. No guarantee, no refunds , cancels flights which are not cancelled by airline. It was worst idea ever to use this app. I would suggest anyone to Just book their flights directly with airline. Do not use kiwi.

I had an issue with booking my flight with kiwi.com. Ultimately, we had to cancel our flight due to visa issues with that flight. However, on contacting their customer support they were able to refund me 30% of flight charges. I’m thankful to their staff for their kind gesture.

Worst app ever. I had to book 6 flights, it booked three and started giving payment issues on other three flights. I have tried all the cards which are working on othwr sites and have no issue. There is also no customer support

This service is a ripoff. They charged my $180 for an extra checked bag (one leg), when the airline only charges $30. Also, the app is useless, since you need to go directly to the airline to check-in, get boarding passes, etc.

Endless load screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. App doesn’t work at all.

This is the second time I buy tickets with them and I love it. It’s so easy and they have the best prices.

Kiwi.com is NOT safe and legit! I paid for flight protection through them, which advertised that the flight protection included missed connections due to delays. They did not uphold that promise at all. My first flight was delayed which made me miss my connecting flights. I've reached out to them multiple times and they refuse to uphold their agreement and won't give me a single cent back for the missed flights. The logistical challenges were even worse. I had 20 min to catch my connecting flight, (originally without the delay, it would have been 30 min.) Transferring terminals required a 10-minute *run* through the first terminal, followed by a 10-minute shuttle ride to the connecting terminal. This significant distance made it physically unfeasible for me to check in on time, I likely wouldn't have even made it even if my original flight wasn't delayed. Kiwi.com fails to consider these logistical realities, breaking the basic trust of *physical possibility* customers place in their service. Missing these flights led to unexpected expenses, including a costly hotel stay, taxi rides, and expensive replacement flights to my original destination. Kiwi.com's lack of accountability for their false advertising and the sheer hassle of trying to resolve the situation has made it clear I will never use their services again. Their failure to provide even the most basic support or uphold their agreements is appalling. I would strongly advise others to avoid Kiwi.com!

Kiwi recommend to book a flight to Istanbul as a hidden city, airline did not allow as Booking destination was a hidden city and final destination was Luxembourg. Horrible experience.
