花了錢鎖定4000的機票價格，上面明明寫機票價格漲在9000以內由他們吸收。買完價格鎖定後馬上點連結進去準備支付機票費用，結果一個對話視窗告知無票，會退費給我，沒有其他任何選項。但我馬上再去查機票，價格為4700，才差700都不願意吸收？根本詐欺消費者！

他規劃行程，如果航空公司更改導致無法達成他規劃的，你退票竟然只能退1/3回來，太不合理太不合理太不合理，要訂最好想清楚。

Don’t use this to book your flight. I’ve never heard of transit visas before. I had an emergency and had to book a ticket to go back home. They chose a route that required me to have a transit visa.I booked a ticket a day before my flight. They send me an email on the day I’m flying saying that i might bred a visa for a transit. There was no warning on the website about the transit visa. I even sent them a screenshot showing that there’s nothing on it before you purchase the ticket. There’s no warning sign at all! It was just a transit and I wasn’t gonna enter the country. I don’t even know why I needed a visa. Anyway they wouldn’t reschedule my flight or even give me a partial refund. I waisted my money on this and didn’t get anything back. I’m never booking anything on Kiwi anymore. Google the reviews online guys. They have a terrible customer service and they’re not helpful at all.

They do not take any responsibility of your flights . Anything happens, you need to pay regular tickets to catch your flights, what you saved in the beginning now you pay triple. This is risky and unwise.

客服系統完全是假的 各國電話也聯絡不到人

半年多了，退票還沒下來，一直在騙人

機票退款遲遲不退，每次打給客服只會說處理中，口音又不知道是哪國有夠難溝通，明明航空公司全退，欠了6萬直接裝死。
