Kiwi.com - Book Cheap Flights

Was about to pay and then a message came up (as it always does whenever I book with these thieves) saying the price has changed and I had to pay an extra 10 euros. They are an awful company run by incompetent people. I would suggest booking elsewhere and not going through these clowns.

Once there is a problem , you will not get real help , several years i have used the app , this year several flights problem, none was resolved, be aware . Hey long and thank for the fish

Take it as serious as possible they don’t care about their customer and top of that their customer support team do not know anything they answer the same no matter whats the issue.I regret booking tickets with them never ever gonna book with them 0 star from my side

You can only check in with easyJet through their app and not through easy jet. Check in is earliest 6hrs before the flight. You can’t add anything to a wallet. Customer service is only through chat in this app and the service is appalling. They completely gave me the wrong information about my booking. Told me my return flights were cancelled asking me to pay again for the same flights.

Have booked 4 trips with Kiwi to watch Wales play footy away. Boarding passes are downloaded from you straight to your phone with timely alerts of gates and any delays.

I used kiwi to book tickets but unfortunately I used the wrong date because it had already been paid, within 5 minutes I immediately asked for a refund and they said they would email me within 14 days but unfortunately I waited until 27 days and they said, they I can't get my money back, they don't even give me a cent back

This people is fruid and scam

KIWI forces you to download this app if you buy a ticket from them. This stinks, the app is useless. I will eliminate it from my phone immediately after the flight and will avoid booking with kiwi again
