I should’ve looked at the comments before utilising this app. Kiwi.com is a setup and refused to take accountability. I was looking for a flight from Amsterdam to New York City. New York City isn’t my main destination as I have booked two separate other flights outside of Kiwi.com. However, the day of my flight I received notification that the flight would be changed to a different location and I would have to fly from Amsterdam to Milan to an airport in Paris to take transportation to another airport in Paris but as they stated they end up changing my flight from Milan to Brussels to Paris but once I arrive in Brussels, I would need to take a shuttle bus in order to get to Paris. Unfortunately no one at the airport knew much about the changes nor did Kiwi.com. I get to the airport and Brussels and was confused just as much as the people that work there. I finally had airport management to provide me some assistance. I end up finding the shuttle, the driver had me wait an hour and a half on the shuttle bus because he want to wait for another flight to load more people on the bus. The driver stated that it will only take two hours it took almost 4 hours and when we got to the airport, we found out the airport has been closed all day and no flights were leaving out. So basically they sent me to the wrong airport and I ended up missing my connecting flight that was scheduled with Kiwi since I missed that connection flight I missed all my other flights and transportation that I have arranged once I landed in the United States. I reached out the customer support several times and the only thing they wanted to do was sell me a higher price ticket or have me wait 90 days for a refund which is outrageous. So now I lost all my money and I’m standing around in another airport waiting for some type of help or assistance with getting back to Amsterdam with a refund. I literally cannot get back all the time that was wasted nor am I going to be able to make it to the funeral. This company is unethical and they do not like to take accountability. RUN!
It’s all whatever until Kiwi can’t send your boarding passes due to errors and it costs $119 for the airport to print two. Their bots are useless and it’s mentally exhausting to fight for a refund that could have been avoided to spend at the first place. So far customer support is not helpful and makes this process extremely difficult and unpleasant.

Do not order from Kiwi. Worst mistake I’ve made in my life. Kiwi is owned by a group of thieves who found a way to make easy money by forcing illegal cancellation policies. If you make a reservation and try to cancel/modify even 1 min after you will pay dearly and be extorted. They will NOT accommodate you. If you pay THOUSANDS of dollars and tried to cancel they will ONLY REFUND YOU $10 dollars.
This app is really garbage. There is no customer support if there any issues at all. If something gets screwed up, your best bet is just cancelling the charge on your credit card.
I have used kiwi for YEARS and for some reason this one trip has been a huge mess. I discovered price lock and I think it’s a great idea. I wanted to lock in a price for a trip that me and my partner weren’t 100% sure about but my friends from college were already asking me to go to the same place for months. I wasn’t going to go, but if my partner was - which he wasn’t 100% sure, I wanted to ensure the price that I saw. The timing and everything was just right. Being that my partner wasn’t too sure I wanted to secure my flight just in case. I DO wish that the price lock was longer than 3 days but I had already decided that I would make it a solo trip and pop into some of the festivities that my college friends were already doing here and there of my partner could not go. Time was running out, and he still did not go. I planned an itinerary for the solo trip just in case and 30 or so hours before the price lock would be lost, I decided to book the trip anyway being that I now had an itinerary. I went to pay, and right on late 6 as I was about to, it said error and that the trip was no longer availible. I thought, this could not be. I have more than 24 hours still.. so I had to call kiwi. I also very much so DISLIKE that kiwi makes you use a booking number to get any assistance - which would mean that you would need to book a trip. Luckily, I had booked a trip for this upcoming weekend so I used that just to bypass the robot and speak to a representative. The representative was super supportive and did NOT mind that I used a completely different booking number for it matter that I was who I was and I told him the issue after he confirmed all of my info. He looked into it and let me know that the price lock was refunded. I was confused because I did not request a refund, in fact, I was looking to pay for the trip at that very moment. How could there be a refund if there are allegedly no refunds for price locks? He was also confused due to the no refund price lock pop but he informed me there was nothing he can do and he cannot see when it was requested- because it was not. He let me know he has never seen this before as well. I was satisfied with his service he was very helpful but I needed to rebook the trip. Still unsure about my partner, I chose the same dates but unfortunately times that did not fit in my schedule but also the same amount that I was paying for the refunded trip. Never contact Kiwi.com they are not honest, I bought tickets to Hawaii through them, a couple of days before the flight there were fires, and the authorities asked to refuse to travel there, and the airline said that all who decide not to fly will make a full refund, what did kiwi.com they received a refund from the airline and I was returned 5% of the amount arguing that I did not purchase insurance, etc. This is a disgusting act, bypass this service, I just lost 2000 $, I will tell everyone around me this story so that everyone knows who they really are.
I thank Kiwi for finding some good deals on flights for me.
Please please please I can not insist enough for you save yourself a big headache and not use kiwi. It’s a big scam. They trick people. If you use then am they are going to rip you. Either listen to me or learn it the hard way yourself
