Please HELP I can’t found my ticket, please help. Booking number: 543 177 063

Prices are always so high once u reach check out, they try to sell you the worst flight routes possible with the highest prices, i had the worst experience with them, i specifically only wanted to fly on 2 specific airlines (picked the two airlines on the setting) and when ive already booked & issued the tickets, they write that its operated by a budget airline (not the two that i picked). Honestly so disappointed by the tricks they would use to get customers to buy their tickets. Horrible practice, please do better.

They were reliable while things went well, but when things went south- they refused to help. I sent them screenshots of their system notifications and confirmations emails, when it showed the date that I picked for my flight, however they booked my flight for another day. They refused to help even when I had proof. Customer support 0/10. Literal scam :)

Selecting seats for 56€ instead of 8€ airline price. As well price for seating together 70€ while airline provides it for free. You can neither manage your booking by yourself — only by paying to Kiwi to do it. Never use this service again

i booking my flight and day-3 cancel from kiwi since february 2023, and until now my money not back. is so bad not recommend, very dissapointed

i’ have canceled my booking flight unfortunetly the app doesnt really give the exact amount of refund, and i need to get 100% refund my money because i have not used my ticket and very slow respons service that make my flight got cancel and they event wont refund you or reschedule the flight, i think this app not recommended. veryy bad plis don’t use this app!

Be mindful that Kiwi has some ridiculous "10EUR" policy if you need to change or refund your trip in their "saver" choice. Need to pay almost twice the amount of the flight that I've changed which fly far far before the date more than 3 months. Should've not been booked in this OTA. :(
