They are discussing, they don’t care about the passengers, it’s better to buy airplane tickets direct from airplane company, a year ago a buy from this platform , and the ticket it was 800€ from Bali - to Romania , and just Becouse of them the company airplane don’t let me in the airplane

The app is slow. At every step price increases and the booking process is chunked to make you pay more and more. The price table shows lower prices and when proceed, price directly jumps. eg; 100$ … you choose dates… it jumps to ~ 200$ even before starting the booking process.

They have special ability to deceive scammers . First they offer a cheap price and then The travel time made you uncomfortable Then don't refund your money big scam kiwi 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The reviews are fake and this whole kiwi site is a big scam

When asking for help on three different occasions I received no help. They could not help me get my dietary foods on the plane or to buy an additional baggage. When my flight was delayed I received no help to get a new one. Booking through kiwi.com made my trip more stressful than ever before

Is to sell tickets with multiple transfers where its impossible to have time enough to catch the following flight , so that one will have to buy new ticket and you will get no support. They probably buy tickets or can sell ticket from Airlines that airlines won't sell because of too short transfer time , they "hope " you will make it and even with their own "insurance " you won't get any help if you don't make it . Multiple times did I call to ask if they wanted to re-arrange my flight as the last transfer obviously not had enough time , but I got rejected. I meen why not fix it ??? So no - never kiwi again -24 hrs in a airport with no customer service, hotel, cash or refund. Not 1 approach from kiwi to try to help out in any kind of way . Stay away , even check inn staff at airport warn me - but then it was obviously too late for me. Update my review…hehe they try put a pretty cheap longshot, making it look like I forgot to give them the info. But I’m sure most people realises that this review happen AFTER a long meaningless conversation with kiwi,( every time a new person at customer service,) that only lead to a lot of bad excuses and and lies. Not 1 attempt to fix the problem or be humble and admit and refund.
