The path for downloading the boarding pass has become too indirect.
An app that use the website
Why do you make me use an up if the app direct me to the website for the check in? Counterintuitive, definitely the worse app among flights companies

Terrible App
I doesn’t accept Brazilian passports for check-in saying that due to a technical error, it cannot proceed, which is clearly not true as I could use my other nationality with no issues to check-in. Very clunky way to get your boarding pass, and it doesn’t allow me to get my son’s boarding pass even though he is part of the same booking. The very worst app in the market for me, and it doesn’t stop there as a message of high demand keeps showing up. I have never seen it in Wizz Air, EasyJet, KLM, Air France, TAP and others that I have used.

Molte pagine non si aprono con il browser
Molto pagine (specialmente del check in) si aprono con il browser e non nell’app nativa, rendendo, così, una navigazione molto lenta e non user friendly
Poor service
È Ridicolo che un app di una compagnia così importante ,lavori così male ,non funziona mai come dovrebbe.Davvero fa il minimo e da un azienda come BA è inaccettabile.

WORST APP EVER
Never working, impossible ti check in online, the only thing this app says is “sorry we run into a problem” Fix it!!!!
