Very confusing
I can not check in my connecting flight and a lot of confusing messages
Flawed design
Nice app in general but why is it so difficult to download a simple boarding pass?? Keeps flicking between the app and a browser window - so poorly designed sorry
Buggy af
Doesn’t work properly. Checked in online and got my boarding passes by email. But they don’t show up in the app. What’s the point?
Worst Airline App
Cannot get boarding pass for multiple passengers flying on same booking. Keeps shelling out to Safari so not a real app. Keeps throwing "no internet" errors. Navigation is non-intuitive. Looks ugly. British Airways - what are you doing?! This is an embarrassment.
The APP
The website is not easy to use or very clear.
Awful
Constantly logs me out then doesn’t recognize my password, flights are often not downloaded. I dread using this app and it means I only use BA if I can’t find a flight elsewhere.
Genocide Support
Unfortunately your airlines among others have decided to resume flights to Israel. That is the equivalent of supporting a genocide. Thus I have deleted your app and will stop flying with your airlines.
Problem with my reservation
They don’t answer the phone!!!! Wtf
