UX is the worst
The user experience of the checkin through the website and/or app is the worst I have seen from any airline I have travelled with since smartphones exist … congratulations BA From the email link to checkin I had to go through 3 different login attempts … why???
VPN Probleme
The App does not allow to use any VPN connection, which is not the state of the Art and not state of cyber security…

I’m a frequent business traveller and yours is significantly the worst booking and app, not sure why you need to make it so complicated compared to everybody else.
Boarding Pass
Could check in 2 Persons but only one boarding pass available via App. Had that problem before as well…
Kundenservice - leider ziemlich schlecht
Die App ist nicht kundenfreundlich. Immer wieder muss ich meine Reisepass-Daten eingeben. Wieso kann ich diese nicht speichern? Wenn man den Helpdesk braucht wartet man durchschnittlich 30 Minuten (!). Das ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich, eher eine Zumutung. Freundliche Grüße
Passenger information is updated too late
BA Application is working too slow, passenger information (e.g. seat place changes) is either not updated or very lately updated.
