The worst airline app ever made!
Cannot rate it ZERO STARS!!! Nothing works, now they lock me out for my own safety and protection!!! Thats something very new! I’m waiting to be ban for travelling with British Airways for my own safety and protection!
Not a friendly user application

Simply not working
For the past 40 mins I tried to switch my account to Executive Club, but it is just not working. Not from the app, not from any browser.

Miss
First of all, I always have problems paying with my card, because there is some issue with your systems that don‘t accept my address. Sexondly, whenever I try to change my seat and start adding my card details in order to pay for the chabge, the app will suddenly check me in on the previous seat and there‘s nothing I can do anymore to change. It‘s really annoying and it‘s happened twoce, during the modification of my my seats!!
Awful
It's the worst app ever, screens are just iframes from the main site and they load poorly, I downloaded the app to easier check-in and have my flights details but I ended up using the mobile site for actually doing stuff. Horrible app.

Abysmal
I tried to open an account, and was waiting for the confirmation email. Spoiler, it never came. So I tried filling the form again, but then an error was occurring, because "the email was already in use". However, if i try to log in with said email, "the user doesn't exist".
