Quite comprehensive and easy to use. However there are some bugs that need to be addressed.
Worst experience ever
Usually I don’t post reviews about the company under the application but I am literally fed up with BA. The app is decent. Nothing impressive. You can book a flight but the best use of the app is to just check your booking and add it to the wallet. Then just uninstall it. The company though gave me the worst experience. My flight got rescheduled. My refund got approved and I haven’t received any money after 9 MONTHS! So you can download the app but that means that you need to prepare for a bad experience.
Avoid
Terrible app terrible company. Constant cancellations and random re allocations. App never informs you. Loading takes forever only to find out your flight is cancelled before you reached your airport.
Too complex
The whole process has become too complex. Inputting data like name, surname, age, passport number etc, several times. Waiting for approval of submitted documents is also a big issue. Worst app vs other airlines I had to do it 4 times
The app is useless
The app is not functioning correctly. It jumps into an “internal” browser, which is unacceptable, as if I wanted to go to the browser, I would not use the app anyway. Additionally, when the “browser” is activated, my details are not retrieved from the app, which makes me add my details again - as said, I could have done that from Safari of Chrome, which would have been much more stable.
There is no way to change your seat
I tried 2 different payment cards and 3 different devices, but it was impossible to pay for your seat and change it. What a terrible experience! Every time I fly with British it disappoints me.
Upgrade
Unfortunately I can’t update my flight
Cannot see my bookings
Every time I try to view my bookings, I get an fetch data error, and it may show my bookings only after 3-4 refetch attempts.
No checkin in app
To check in I am taken to the web page??
