Why does it send me to the website instead of staying in the app when trying to check in online?
Bad bad experience
Lost our luggage and still after 4 days did not manage to get it to us. Furthermore, overbooked the flight, so our daugther and son-in-law nearly didn’t make it…
App can’t find my booking reference
So the app is not to any good
Unstable
The app and the ba website is unbelievably unstable and has been for years.
Unclear what to do
It is very unclear what to do. Why cant I check in my whole family? I have tried to checkin and to get boarding pass. With 20 hours before first departure the app tells that I cant because it is before 24 hours
Poor
Most of the things it’s supposed to do, it does poorly - and for all the rest, it simply acts as a link to the website, so it’s basically not useful.
BA needs more server capacity
Really slow and not well designed.
