Very bad usability at Check-in
Check-in process in the app is so cumbersome. Compare to other airlines, the worst user experience.
App redirects to the website, which recommends to open the app - a loop.
To get the boarding passes for many passengers traveling on one ticket, there is no way to select the same delivery option for all of them, so the same process needs to be repeated to each person (for big families it is really annoying).
They downgraded me from business without informing me
I found out when I boarded the flight. And my return flight is now delayed.. not a great experience at all.
Cannot add booking to app
I logged in but my booking doesn't appear in the app - nor does it work when I enter The Booking Reference as “an error” message just appears. This is now two days ongoing - very very frustrating

Way to slow, no or little help or pree set information, too many glitches where it is not working. The worst flight app of those I use , pls look at Norwegian or like, they got it covered.
Nothing works
Spent half the evening attempting to book tickets. Not working on either the app or the website. The app keeps saying ‘can’t load payment preferences’ and the website just says try again later. I could’ve done this task in 5 minutes with any other airline but i steaf have wasted half the evening and still have no flights booked.

Verification mail for registration never came. Bookings added does not show. Looks and feels like an app from 2000. Primitive and slow and not up to date. Terrible!

Online check in is not possible, it keeps failing and no improvement has been made for a long time.
