Poor experience
A really poor operating app with no ability to immediately save boarding pass in wallet. App crashing multiple times at check in time between 24h and 23h before flight time

The website didn’t work and the app is extremely cumbersome & unpractical
Worse airline app
This app crushes, gives error messages and sometimes is impossible to check in and get the boarding pass. It has been like this for a long time. Terrible.
Necesita mejorar
Falla más que una escopeta de feria. Da error al hacer el checkin y luego se bloquea, obligándote a ir al mostrador. Quieres buscar vuelos y la mitad de veces da error…
Seat booking w/ Iberia broken
Integration with Iberia partner airline for check-in is very poor - requiring copy and paste to enter partner airline booking code (why can’t this be passed through?!). Seat booking doesn’t always work. I find myself re-entering personal data that BA already knows, constantly.
Forced to download the app
Very strangely, when I am flying I am travelling. This means I don’t have a printer with me, so I need to download the boarding pass to my mobile wallet, since I can only check in 24h before the flight. The only way to do that is that f you download the app that I didn’t want to download (you will never receive it via web or via email). The first airline I find doing this, all the rest allow you all other ways to get the bl…dy boarding pass.
Trash
Frequently travel with loads of companies. This is absolutely trash. Half of the time it breaks. And in 2024 not having an option to add boarding pass to wallet. Amazing.
Poco amigable.
Muy poco intuitiva, además no muestra el plano completo del avión cuando se quiere cambiar un asiento asignado. Tercera vez que vuelo con BA y tercera vez que me cambian el asiento que yo había elegido previamente con mi reserva.

Bad app
Every task, such as finding a flight or doing the checking is a real pain. So much to improve and learn from other airlines apps/websites
