Absurd
In addition to being insulted by having to pay to select a seat in International Business Class, the online check-in was not functioning and the customer service person told me she couldn’t assign me a seat because the airport controlled that but the BA website says that I can select a free seat within 24 hours of departure. Absurd and I expect more from BA.
Not great, crashes a lot
Keeps crashing, and won’t let me download my wife’s boarding pass as well as my own.
Easy check in
Simple no fuss, easy to use.
Unreliable
Doesn’t show all passengers under 1 res. Can’t download all the boarding passes for the same flight. Not to BA standards.
Terrible usability
Boarding pass issuing is cumbersome and keeps failing time and again

Might be the worst non-functional APP I have ever used.. Change it PLEASE
