British Airways FAQ
Is British Airways free?
Yes, British Airways is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is British Airways legit?
⚠️ The British Airways app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The app does not accept any personally made passwords even though the password rules are followed.
When using an auto-generated password, the app does not save that password for future use though I’ve ticked off for saving that incomprehensibly difficult to remover password.
Took me 30 mins to finally get into my account !
Extremely difficult to log in.
It seems close to impossible to log in.
Spending minutes just to log in and get a boarding card is not acceptable

hopeless app
A thin wrapper around their website that crashed and hangs a lot
Thank you
I enjoy traveling with British Airways
Cannot actually use the app to check in
Check-in routes to web browser and the instructions for how to get the boarding pass in the app are ridiculously long given the process. Getting the pass to show in the app is not intuitive either. Not a great user experience
Unreliable software
Need to simplify the functionality through in-app check in. Lots of back and forth and malfunctions occur.
Slow
Slow. Too many «something went wrong, please try again later»
Complete Garbage
The app is just has horrible as the airline which offers inferior services. After clcking 30-40 times u cant even get a boarding pass into apple wallet and u cant select your seat without paying a cost equilient to the airfare of ryanair (if u can even figure out how to change the seat). I can only imagine the level of incompetence it takes to endorse this garbage
No communication with the BA page
Very disappointing service. On the webpage I have some booking, on the app other. It took me 15 minutes to find a decent readable version of the code for the airport. Very unreliable
Poor
Is this an app or a wrapper for a web page?
Cannot display my bookings. Takes me to the web page whenever I need to do something.
BA should look at their competitor’s apps for inspiration.
