Complete Garbage
The app is just has horrible as the airline which offers inferior services. After clcking 30-40 times u cant even get a boarding pass into apple wallet and u cant select your seat without paying a cost equilient to the airfare of ryanair (if u can even figure out how to change the seat). I can only imagine the level of incompetence it takes to endorse this garbage
No communication with the BA page
Very disappointing service. On the webpage I have some booking, on the app other. It took me 15 minutes to find a decent readable version of the code for the airport. Very unreliable
Poor
Is this an app or a wrapper for a web page? Cannot display my bookings. Takes me to the web page whenever I need to do something. BA should look at their competitor’s apps for inspiration.
Unintuitive and buggy app
The app is unintuitive and buggy. On two consecutive journeys I wasted more than half hour to check in. The app claims it will email your boarding pass but in reality there is no Send button so you cannot do this. To view a booking, you have to add it manually even though you are logged in. And many more little things like this that end up wasting your time. BA needs to up their game on this. Other airlines are far, far ahead.
Not the best app on the market
For many services you’re getting forwarded today BA’s website. Not even the boarding pass is available without internet connection. Wonder what’s the purpose of this app tbh.
Awful
Possibly the worst airline app I shave had the dubious honor to use. Nothing goes smoothly and the app constantly goes over to the webpage. Total crap. Recommend that you scrap this and start from scratch.
Dårlig
Appen fungerer aldri, og det er ingen hjelp å få dersom den ikke fungerer. Å få boarding pass på mobil er ikke mulig og du får heller ikke sjekket inn gjennom appen.
Need to better integrate their systems
It’s really annoying that there is a web app living with a actual app. It really defeats the purpose and makes it even more cumbersome.
