BA APP keep crashing
Hi BA, not sure why, recently the BA App keep crashing. Any idea why?

Still Can’t see membership details and now cannot even log in. Terrible app! Have sent countless messages but no action

I will give this company and this app a 0 mark because they will just delete your account and wipe out your avios mile with a reason like “ data breach “ Just cant believe I wasted 4 months and still can’t get my account back.
Typical British stuff, obsolete and useless.
This app is meaninglessly. When I tried to manage my bookings in the app, it actually took me to the website. This app is just a browser! The most ironic part is that its header pops up asking me to install the app while I am using it! I really don't understand why I need to install this app.
Not functioning properly
App unable to retrieve my booking and keep showing errors, very annoying
Oversold is not right!
The company sells more tickets than it has seats. They just make a girl cry and walk away. Also the app always bring me to the start point which is a really bad experience.
Cannot add a booking on the App
Cannot add a valid booking on the App. Using website is ok, but then the information on website and App is not synchronised. However if I log off the App, and use “find my booking”, I can find, manage and checkin. It’s all not understandable and I have to try different ways to checkin. The App directs you to the website which give a button to open the App again (which didn’t work). It’s all very confusing. Just use the website, forget the App
Not user friendly
The app always keep loading and slowly. Sometimes can find my booking and sometimes cannot show my booing. I always be confused and please fix the errors.
Forgot password does not work
The email never comes in, got stuck and cannot login. Absolute piece of garbage.
