Compared to other airlines: - check in last 3x longer - app does not remember personal details - boarding card hard to find Come on BA! This is BS!
Terrible App
How this is rated 4.3 I will never know. App is prone to crashes, it’s slow, blows hot and cold if your booking show, booking flights is even worse then trying to check in. How this is acceptable to BA is beyond me. If I could rate 0 I would!
Unfriendly to use
The app is unfriendly to use. Not very intuitive. In my case trying to change seats after check in online. Strange the 24 rigidness, but also even though it is promised to be able to choose seats, it doesn’t allow this function. Also strange it continuously goes back to the browser, with the browser indicating to open the app. There are better, simpler and more efficient apps with competitors. Mind you there are also apps out there which are even worse.
What is going on??
This app is such a let down! I can’t add bookings or get my boarding pass - completely useless. BA please fix your app!!!
Not user friendly
It frequently switches to internet (takes time) , does not store boarding pass in app when you check in. Information is inconsistent (party of 2, both checked in and for 1 the app says “checked in” and for the other is says “ not checked in”.
Beautiful but impractical
The UI is very nice, but the app fails to do the most important thing a flight app should do: easy access and download of the boarding tickets. I’m travelling with a big family group and I can just download my pass. I have been already looking for an hour on how to download those of others but can’t find a way.
App is very slow
App is very slow. Searching flights on other websites is much faster. App is very annoying to use for searching flights.
Useless
Useless app. It’s not even an app. It’s just a wrapper. Open the app select check in and a website opens. Boarding passes for my wallet doesn’t work. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible app. I will have to do it at the airport.
