Not working properly
I open the app and it brings me to the website and asks me to open the app again.
BA app not handy
Way, WAY to many notes, warnings, cautions in this app while checking in.
Bad ux
Not having a fully native app, or not having the intuitive ux flows has no excuse in 2024 even for the basic flows like checking in. Cherry on top, not being able to do a simple thing like buying a seat costs you as a lost ancillary sale.
Terrible app
This app crashes all the time, it redirects to the website all the time, it’s slow, difficult to operate. Really bad
Horrible
Bad service, easyJet app is better. This requires re typing of useless info and switches between the app and internet

App prompts me to open a web browser and on the web browser it does the checking while continually prompting me to open the app
Check in not working properly
Checked in for the whole family (which was time consuming) and can only get my boarding pass through the app not the rest of the family.
Horrible user interface

Terrible app
Checking in with this app is a drama. It’s just a link to a mobile site that crashes many times, stays blank or a “Ba.com is top busy”. And if you like to change your seat but cancel it half way as they charge extra fees (while normal boarding started) then it checks me in anyhow and on the most terrible seat in the plane. Nothing you can do about it. Please look at the KLM app. They are the benchmark. BA is not even close unfortunately.
