The worst customer service I have ever seen!
This is the worst airline app I have ever experienced. Can’t even get boarding passes for all travelers on it.
First time user of British airways, plane was fine, this app is awful. First, it is slow. Doing anything basically pulls up the website inside the app. My biggest complaint is the difficulty in getting boarding passes for family members. I’m able to download mine to my phone (although there was an unexplained error that prevented this one time), but I can only get other flight members boarding passes if it is the current flight. I had a connected flight and could not download their boarding pass on the app. When the app took me to the website, and I tried to download on Mobil, it said to use the app. Very confusing and not worth the time. Will try another company next time unless these things are fixed.
BA has, hands-down, the worst flight management technology I’ve seen. My 9 year old could program a better, more seamless, bug-free app than the steaming pile of trash that is your website and mobile app. I have experienced multiple crashes and issues, and the features are maddening. Spirit Airlines, with arguably the worst customer experience on the face of the planet based on how they treat customers like cargo or cattle, has an exponentially better mobile app. Shame on you, British Airways.
My experience has been poor. App does not updates. I checked in and completed one leg of a long trio trip about 16 hrs ago and app is asking me to check in for the already completed trip.
Have spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get my child's boarding pass. Should not be this hard or unclear.
I get the frame of the Home Screen, then the app immediately shuts down. Reinstalling and/or restarting the phone does not work.
With the recent update the app won’t open 😩
Why other airlines can have a smooth, easy to use app but not this major airline does puzzle me. Check in is not smooth. One minute we have seats. The next we don’t and reopening the app they are reappear. . It says to upload an image of our passports but offers no clear mechanism to do so. I hope their airplane service is better than the app.
