Beznadziejna aplikacja. Deweloperzy powinni popatrzeć na apki konkurencji bo ta jest z epoki kamienia.
The way app is baroque like in the way it's constructed, how it intermittently uses the web views for no reason and fails every second attempt, how 2000s the ux is... go see Austrian or wizzair please, then think about your ux, and then, think again.
I don’t know why the app exist if it needs to open the browser for everything.
I’m not able to check in through the app, add the tickets to apple wallet, even logging in can be a problem sometimes, the worst app from any flight operator I’ve ever seen.
You must use it if you want to download mobile boarding pass and it forces you to give away your home address. Then it can’t read all Latin diacritics in the address. And finally it says: Unable to process request please retry later.
1) Retrieving your booking to check in is impossible. You need to go to their website. 2) Saving boarding pass to Apple wallet in one step is not available. There’s some long pop-up message, which I do not have time to read. But even if you read it, it’s meaningless. 3) No idea why each time I need to input the same passport details. 4) Not sure if anything could go even worse.
One of the worst flight app. Logged me out few times during booking management. Didn’t allow to close check-in. Missing notifications about booking changes done by airlines.
Worst app I have ever dealt with and I am good at this. Very user unfriendly, does not do what it needs to do, stops and freezes and is dreadfully frustrating.
Very poor service and all the time errors. App looks Like totally u synchronizd with things you do Via the ba.com as you need to do this way. App Showing some conectivity or server errors asking to do things via web. On the web you get information that boarding pass to the wallet you can only get via app. ???!? Finally you are fit into the plain with family of 4 diverted into 4 different areas. Cool the way you manage bookings! Congratulation BA. Heathrow T5 looks like chaotic service. If you compare to LH or german MUC/FRA services there is not even close to EU standards. Sorry to say but checking us in T5/gatesA and announcing gate just 10minutes to boarding!? Best joke is that gate is in zone B, where you must travel but slowest train in the world. 200m drive but it will take in 15 minutes and pleasure of being in high crowd. Bravo!
